Following your completion of the registration form on this website, you will receive a confirmation letter from the organizing committee.
Prior to your departure to Israel, you will be informed which hotel you will be staying at by the Dead Sea for the duration of the convention. Please be aware that the hotels are assigned by the organizing committee according to the size of the delegation from each country and which hotel is most likely to be suited to the clientele of each country.

The convention package includes transfers from and to Ben Gurion Airport, accommodation at the Dead Sea, meals, tours, and events as per the program.
It does not include special priced flight tickets, the registration fee, insurance, travel-related taxes or any other additional personal expenses.

Flight Tickets
Participation at the conference is based on El Al flight availability.
If your registration has been confirmed and finalized, by the beginning of November (Nov. 1^st - Nov. 10^th),
El-Al's representative from your local agency will contact you in order to book your flight.

Flight Rates:
From Europe                      - $100
From the rest of the world    - $250 (North & South America, Far east etc.)
These prices do not include travel-related taxes, as these vary from country to country.

Registration Fee
An advance registration fee of US$100 is required.
Payment should be made according to the details given on the Registration form.

Spouse Package
Your spouse is welcome to share this weekend with you for a cost of US$200.

The spouse package includes:
- Transfer from and to Ben Gurion Airport
- Sharing a double room with you for 3 nights
- All meals and sightseeing tours
- All professional and social events

The spouse package does not include air transportation. Spouses will need to make their own flight arrangements.
Please note that the event is closed for children.

Official Language
The official language of the convention will be English.
Tours will be guided in English, German, Russian and French (dependant on a minimum number of participants).

Dress Code
Dress code will be informal at all times, excluding the Gala Dinner on December 5th.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable shoes, swimwear, warm clothing to wear during evening outdoor activities, a hat, and sunblock.

The temperature at the Dead Sea in December is 17°C - 22°C.
